vitabel.registry.cprdat¶
Analysis of defibrillator recordings for the German Resuscitation Registry (GRR / Deutsches Reanimationsregister).
Ported to the current API (v0.2.0) from the last version that worked
(b2b678c, before the function was merged into main); the remaining
differences to its outputs are listed in
https://github.com/UniGrazMath/vitabel/pull/299.
The current outputs are pinned by the golden tests in tests/test_cprdat.py.
Attributes¶

Module Contents¶
- vitabel.registry.cprdat.logger¶
- vitabel.registry.cprdat.LABEL_DIFFERENCE_WARNING = 0.1¶
Relative difference (of the number of entries, or of the median value) above which existing labels are reported as differing from the ones computed by the registry analysis.
- vitabel.registry.cprdat.make_cprdat_analysis(vitals, model='') dict¶
Automatically analyses a defibrillator recording and and returns a dictionary with all derived information. This functions is used in the German Resuscitation Registry to generate a case timeline as interactive visualisation.
Like the other analysis methods of
Vitals, the analyses required for this (chest compression periods, etCO₂ and ventilations, ROSC prediction) add their results as labels to the given recording.etCO₂ / ventilations (threshold method) and the ROSC prediction are always computed by this function. If the recording already contains labels with the same names (e.g., from an earlier call, or computed with the default
filtermethod ofVitals.compute_etco2_and_ventilations()), they are kept, and a warning is logged if they differ strongly (by more than 10% in the number of entries or the median value). Existing chest compression periods (cc_periods) are used as they are.
